Aurelia Residences, the flagship luxury tower in Bonifacio Global City developed by Shang Robinsons Properties Inc., is now welcoming its first residents, marking a milestone for elevated residential design in the Philippines.
The result of a collaboration between Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM) and Italian interior design studio FM Architettura, Aurelia Residences brings together architectural innovation with a highly personal interior vision. The tower’s sculptural three-petal form maximises light, cross-ventilation, and panoramic views, resulting in residences that resemble private villas in the sky.
With 55 levels that reach 184m in height, Aurelia provides 285 units and over 5,000 sqm of curated amenities anchor a day’s rhythm: a 40sqm resort pool fringed with palms; a jacuzzi and sauna for decompression; indoor lounges for working, reading or receiving; and The Canopy Room, a multipurpose function space that extends directly to the pool terrace for celebrations and salon-style gatherings.
“The balance and harmony of each space is always the biggest challenge,” says founder and creative director Francesca Muzio. “From the beginning, we worked closely with SOM to ensure each home enjoyed similar proportions, ergonomics, and connection to the view. That partnership shaped the helical building form—an architecture created to elevate every residence.”
